What you'll do

  • Handle 40–60 contacts per day across channels.
  • Route complex cases to the right specialist team.
  • Spot patterns and feed them back to product and ops.

What we're looking for

  • 1+ year in customer support or front-desk role.
  • Fluent in Bengali and Italian.
  • Calm, empathetic, well-organised.

Nice to have

  • English proficiency.
  • Experience with Zendesk / HubSpot.
